As Senior Project Manager, I spearheaded the development of Wildheart Desert Haven, a short-term rental property designed for Airbnb and Vrbo.

From the inception of the project, I was directly involved in identifying and securing the home, participating in the purchase process, and shaping the overall vision for the property’s design inside and out.

I managed the full six-month renovation, overseeing contractors, establishing timelines, and ensuring the project stayed on budget while meeting quality standards.

My responsibilities included submitting and securing all required permits, including county approval for short-term rental use, while also sourcing and selecting every material and design element, from tile, wood flooring, and lighting fixtures to furniture and décor.

Throughout the process, I handled problem-solving, vendor coordination, and progress tracking, providing end-to-end management that transformed the property into a cohesive, high-quality short-term rental destination.
