As Creative Director, Creative Producer, and Project Manager, I brought my vision for Good Things Are Here, a pop-up vintage shop, to life, blending fashion, branding, and operational strategy into one cohesive experience.

I oversaw the project end-to-end, beginning with sourcing and securing everything the shop required, from garment racks and fixtures to curated merchandise and accessories. In addition to building the physical retail experience, I developed the brand identity, ensuring a fashion-forward, elevated aesthetic that aligned with contemporary retail trends.

On the operational side, I managed the backend logistics by setting up and customizing a Shopify storefront, inputting and tagging inventory, and implementing efficient systems for sales and merchandising.

By leveraging my background in project management, fashion retail operations, and creative production, I transformed the pop-up into a polished, sophisticated retail environment that reflected both creativity and precision.
